In the last few weeks, 4 organic coffees were tasted. The participation in the survey was not as great as we had hoped. Based on the few assessments submitted and the factors of price/performance and origin/seal, Jeanne has chosen the "LAVAZZA ¡Tierra! BIO" coffee as the favourite. We source this coffee from a local company: "Prima Tazza AG" in Rorbas. Since week 26, the second and last test phase is in progress, in which the "LAVAZZA ¡Tierra!" is to be evaluated by as many employees as possible. If this organic coffee does well, it will be forwarded as the winner.
