A day in the life of Valeria Frighetto
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Valeria Frighetto: I have been with KYBURZ since March 2020.
Erza: What are your activities?
Valeria: I work for the administration of the production. I prepare orders and print them out so that I can work with them in production. I also support the purchasing department with the purchasing mail.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Valeria: I start between 7.30 and 8.30 a.m. and always check my e-mails first thing in the morning. Every now and then I also receive important tasks from Brian and Roman that need to be done. Otherwise, I prepare the orders and then start working on the purchasing mail. I register the pre-assembly and production orders of the finished vehicles as produced in Pachi. For Australia or Finland, I assign the chassis number on the sales order and send it on to Djellza. If someone from production has problems with the iPad, for example with registration, I am also available to help. I'm usually there until 5.30 pm, depending on the job and the problems that need to be dealt with and solved.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Valeria: I like the whole team, all the employees of KYBURZ Switzerland AG. Everyone is very friendly, kind and has a great personality. I also particularly like the cohesion of the purchasing team.
What I like less is when there are disagreements or misunderstandings due to poor communication. But this is very rarely the case.
Erza: What do you like to do in your free time?
Valeria: When it is hockey season, I like to watch Ice Hockey. I also like to watch films and documentaries. I also like to spend my free time with Jeanne Mayeux.
