There are two specialist areas for support: Electronics and Mechanics.
For electronics questions, we have also been offering support via WhatsApp since November 2020.
Since the support via WhatsApp is very well received, we are also offering support via WhatsApp for questions in the mechanical area with immediate effect.

This 2nd-level support can of course be used not only by partners but also by employees.
The only restriction is that only support via WhatsApp will be provided under the mobile numbers. Telephone enquiries should be made via the landline number.
