On Saturday, 5 June 2021, we moved our ERP, the Pachi, from the previous FileMaker 14 server to a new FileMaker 19 server. On Friday, at 6 pm, the complete status of Pachi was frozen, moved to the new server and restarted there. Thanks to the excellent planning and preparation by Claudio Realini, the move went smoothly and Pachi was already fully operational again on Saturday afternoon.

If you have any problems with the Pachi or discover something that is not yet running optimally, you can contact the Pachi team (Claudio Realini, Valeria Frighetto, Flurin Vicentini) at any time.

Good to know
To be able to connect to Pachi on the new server, you also need the new FileMaker 19 version on your PC or iPad. This has been installed by the IT team for all employees in the past weeks. If you don't have the version yet, you can use the instructions that Claudio sent to all staff members by email.
