Among other things, the Pfister family has been supplying us with mostly regional and seasonal fruit every Monday morning for over 10 years. The various departments receive a basket or box full of vitamins. When it comes to fruit, it is important that it is raised organically whenever possible. The less pesticides used, the better. 

Ueli and Doris Pfister run the "Puurehof im Rüedi" in Freienstein and sell their produce at the markets.
