The plastic parts on KYBURZ vehicles bring colour to life and are essential to the design of the vehicles. An important task is also their protective function. They protect the driver from rotating parts or large currents, but at the same time also protect the installed technology from influences such as water and dirt.

The parts are produced in a deep-drawing process. Plastic sheets are heated until they are soft and bendable. A vacuum is then created with which the plastic is sucked over a mould. The plastic parts on the KYBURZ vehicles are supplied by swissplast® in Sargans. The company is strongly committed to the complete compensation of CO2 emissions.

The plastic parts in the standard colours are produced from solid-coloured sheets. If there is a scratch, no other colour appears. Special colours are lacquered.
