Remote training for KYBURZ service partners
The training of our partners, both in Switzerland and abroad, is a very important element for KYBURZ. During the training, the partners are specifically trained on the technology of our vehicles as well as on our company. This way we can guarantee the best service to our customers worldwide.
Due to current restrictions, we have had to redesign our training courses so that they can also be held remotely (via the internet). At the beginning of the year, we trained our Swiss partners with this system.
This was followed by B-level training for our Norwegian and Finnish partners with a focus on the KYBURZ eTrolley.
Building on this experience, an online basic training for some new B-level partners took place on 20 May, which this time focused on the DXP and the PAH.
This training brought together our Austrian partners, our partners from Northern Macedonia and new staff from our Swiss partners. A total of thirteen participants were able to follow the different modules and ask their questions to our trainers:
- Ali Shabani: Mechanics
- Abel Olaechea: Electronics and diagnostics
- Hanspeter Wepfer: Fleet Management
- Eric Nève: Company Presentation and Admin
The whole thing was coordinated by Willy Federer, who normally works on technical documentation and was responsible for the technical implementation.
After our training, the partners had to take an online exam to receive the corresponding certificate.
