Fleet Exception Report for Service in Australia
The DXP fleet in Australia currently comprises 2136 vehicles spread across the continent. Service is carried out by local service partners supported by KYBURZ Pty.
With the large number of vehicles, there are naturally many service cases and it is quite challenging to keep track of the most urgent cases. The Fleet System supports our colleagues down under with an exception report. This report lists only the most important cases, e.g. vehicles:
whose battery voltage has dropped below 24.8 V, i.e. which are on the verge of deep discharge.
whose energy consumption has been above the warning limit for more than 5 days.
which had an error or warning the previous day.
The report is sent in Excel format and also includes the vehicle location and the number of days a problem has been pending. In this way, Joshua or Bent as the recipient can further filter and sort the list according to their own needs and intervene specifically with the post office or the service partners.
Hanspeter Wepfer will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
