Individual project work by our trainees
As part of their training to become a mechapraktiker (EBA) or production mechanic (EFZ), our apprentices do an Individual Project Work (IPA).
This project work is carried out in the training company, i.e. at KYBURZ. It includes a practical part, documentation in report form and a final presentation to an external expert. The work is assessed by the expert at the end.
Our apprentices each do a comprehensive reconditioning of a used vehicle as project work. In this work, the trainees can demonstrate all the skills they have learned in their training.
The vehicle is completely dismantled, welded and repaired where necessary and then completely reassembled.
The apprentice documents the entire process in his report and finally presents his work to his instructor and the expert.
Bryan Gonzalez and Altin Gashi have already completed their IPA, but the assessment will only be announced together with the final grade.
Igor will do his IPA at the end of May.
We congratulate Altin and Bryan on completing their IPA and wish Igor every success for his IPA.
