Patrick Gnepf is a new member of Mario Fischer's Fleet Support team. The support team tests newly developed functions and shows customers how they can use Fleet better. As a point of contact for service partners (e.g. in Australia or Holland), they analyse error messages from postal vehicles. When fleets are commissioned and equipped with Fleet, they make sure that the data arrive correctly in the system.
