A day in the life of Diane Félix
Erza Mehmeti: How long have you been with KYBURZ?
Diane Félix: I have been with KYBURZ since 1 August 2020.
Erza: What are your activities?
Diane: My activities are very different, but basically you can say that I am responsible for the legal side together with Claudia. I process contracts from our partners, which means that if someone internally asks for a contract, I send it to him/her. If we don't have a contract yet for a certain product or situation, such as our new energy storage system, then a new contract is drawn up. I am also responsible for checking non-disclosure agreements and filing the contracts. I also do legal research, which includes, for example, the research on the registration of ePedelecs and also the conditions for being able to drive the vehicle. My tasks are also partly project-related: Depending on what legal questions arise within one project of the others, I also provide support there.
Erza: What is your typical daily routine?
Diane: My daily routine is very untypical because apart from the more mundane things, you never know what request will come in and I am always working on different things. My working hours are always between 07.30-08.00 until about 17.30.
Erza: What do you like? What do you like less?
Diane: I particularly like the fact that different activities always enrich my working day and so I can see different areas and understand the connections better.
What I like less is that it can sometimes be a bit tedious if you have to wait longer for feedback from others in order to be able to complete a contract, for example.
Erza: What do you like to do in your spare time?
Diane: Besides spending time with my family and friends, I make sure I do regular sports such as jogging and weight training. I also enjoy learning new languages. At the moment I am learning Spanish. I also like to cook and bake, so I like to try out recipes (this also has to do with the fact that I like to eat ;-). Furthermore, I like books very much. On the one hand, I like novels and on the other hand, I find books about self-development and psychology very exciting because it broadens my horizon and I learn a lot.
