On Wednesday and Thursday, 22 & 23 April, the Extended Executive Board (EGL) met for the monthly Organisational Development (OE) meeting.
During the OE meetings, current topics for the further development of our company are discussed. The aim is to take the company one step further in these topics. Ideas are collected, problems are discussed and decisions are made. The tasks that we define in the meeting are then taken back to the team. One month later, at the next OE meeting, the progress of the topics from the last OE is reviewed.
At the OE meeting in April, the following topics, among others, were moved forward:

Energy storage products
The sales process for energy storage products was pushed forward so that the products can be offered and sold immediately.

Transparency in vehicle prices
Decision that every vehicle at KYBURZ should have a price tag so that every employee has the opportunity to sell the vehicle at the right price at any time.

Vehicle rental
Optimisation of the rental process with the aim of simplifying the rental process for customers and also internally (rental processing in <15 min)

Stock reduction
Measures and new processes defined to reduce the large stock of vehicles and material (sale of used vehicles, analysis of material stock).

At the end of the two days, we received very positive feedback. We return to everyday life full of verve and carry this positive energy back into the company.
